We are currently seeking individuals with Data Entry experience for a medical billing review company in Fort Worth Texas. We have a number of immediate openings available. Candidates must have at least 8000 keystrokes per hour and will be required to take a data entry test to verify. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail to be qualified for this project.

Background check and drug screen will be required.

The hours for the job are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $10 to $12 per hour which is competitive in the Fort Worth market for this type of data entry position, according to Salary.com.

Sales Coordinator Jobs in Arlington

Our client is seeking a top performing sales coordinator to add to their existing team. This is a temp to hire opportunity in the Arlington area.

The right candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in sales, product management, or marketing. They must also have excellent and engaging telephone communications skills, be self-motivated and disciplined, and have strong interpersonal and follow up skills. Microsoft Office skills are required with advanced proficiency in Outlook and Word. They must have a customer service mind set. The candidate must be able to work well on their own as well as with the team.

This role is responsible for identifying key materials handling dealers and end users for the product and be able to effectively communicate with these companies and individuals. They must be able to build and cultivate relationships with the key dealers and end users. The sales coordinator will also be responsible for prospecting within the district to broaden the current client base. They will maintain all customer records and call logs and produce a weekly report. They will also follow up on all leads generated from outside calls and online inquiries to qualify the decision maker. They will be responsible for handing off the customer inquiry to the dealer and follow up to ensure that satisfactory contact is made. This individual is also responsible for following up on new product orders and ensures that the transport within the US is handled effectively. The sales coordinator also handles all parts and service questions from the dealers with assistance from the technical personnel.

The opportunity is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with possible overtime as necessary. Salary is competitive with similar opportunities in the area.
