What’s involved in the application process during COVID-19?
We’ve tried to make the application and registration process as simple as possible. Due to the health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we are not currently accepting walk-in interviews, however, we have adjusted our interviews to be conducted via phone and/or Zoom to ensure the highest level of safety for our colleagues and associates. We appreciate your understanding of these changes during these unprecedented times.
The first step will be to complete and submit our online application by clicking on “I’m a Job Seeker” then selecting the ‘Apply Now’ button on the right side of the page. One of our tenured recruiters will review your application and qualifications and will contact you via email or phone within 2 business days to discuss your next step.
After the application is complete, you will interview with a recruiter. Once the interview is scheduled, you will be assigned some skills assessments as well. Please complete these prior to your interview in order to help expedite the hiring process and set aside a block of 15 minutes, where you will be able to engage in a phone interview without outside interruption. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills and what you are looking for in your next position.
CornerStone Staffing does complete reference checks with previous employers and other references provided as well as a criminal background check and drug screen. Once references are verified, your criminal background check and drug screen are complete, you will be offered positions based on all the factors of your interview process.
How are employees paid?
CornerStone Staffing pays its employees every Friday for the hours you worked the previous week. CornerStone Staffing offers 2 electronic pay methods.
Your earnings will be deposited directly into the bank account you select.
If you do not have a bank account to deposit your earnings into, you will be issued a Payroll Card at no cost to you.
