Job Title: Customer Service Rep at Call Center for Nationwide Cell Phone Retailer
Job Schedule: Monday – Sunday (you must be available to work on the weekends and any major holidays including Thanksgiving & Black Friday)
Job Pay: $17.00 / hour
Job Hours: 1st Week / Training will be Monday – Friday from 9AM – 6PM
2nd Week / Regular shift will be a 40 hour work week between Monday – Sunday from 12PM – 9PM
The Customer Service Representative will handle calls and chats from retail store personnel to help resolve issues with activating cell phones. You will be required to contact cell phone carriers as needed to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and customers have a positive purchasing experience.
- Answer inbound calls from retail store personnel to resolve issues with activating cell phones. These issues may involve incorrect pricing, system slowness or carrier system down times.
- Applicants should have strong computer knowledge and the ability to toggle between multiple screens while assisting customers on the phone.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 6+ months of call center experience
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Professional phone demeanor
- Clear drug screen and background check required
