Our Management Team
Jody Smith has been co-owner of CornerStone since its conception in 1991. Jody’s background includes sales and sales management with companies such as the Colgate-Palmolive Company and the Noxell Corporation in the Chicago, New York and Dallas-Ft. Worth markets. She is very active in community and non-profits activities, and served three terms as the mayor of Flower Mound, TX. Through this service, Jody has had much experience in business and economic development with extensive work with a number of local Chambers of Commerce and Texas Legislation.
Stephen and Jody Smith founded Smith Temporaries Inc. (since 2001, CornerStone Staffing) in Fort Worth in June 1991. Mr. Smith remains a principal today, providing oversight, management, and strategic vision for CornerStone Staffing. Mr. Smith holds a Masters Degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois.
Chief Operating Officer
Heather Stroh has been with CornerStone Staffing since 1996 and truly enjoys what she does every day. Heather started as an Assistant Operations Manager with CornerStone then progressed to an Operations Manager of our largest light industrial office in 1998. Because of her drive and strong work ethic, Heather was quickly promoted to Sr. Operations Manager for clerical and light industrial offices, then on to Assistant Vice President of Operations. In 2007, Heather took over as Vice President of Operations until September 2017 when she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. As the leader of CornerStone Staffing, Heather directs our recruiting and sales team to ensure our client order needs are met and service expectations are surpassed. Heather has a passion for helping people and her career with CornerStone Staffing has allowed her to do that for many years. Prior to her career with CornerStone, Heather was in the retail management industry.

Vice President, Sales
Todd Reimer joined CornerStone Staffing in 2009 as an Account Manager in our West District. He has a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and driving sustainable growth. In 2014, he was tasked with leading our growth in the eastern half of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As our East District Sales Manager, he is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, growing CornerStone’s customer base, ensuring exceptional service delivery, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth. Prior to joining CornerStone, Todd was in management with Nordstrom after completing their internship program. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Vice President, Professional Placement
Julie Box joined CornerStone Staffing as an Assistant Operations Manager in 1999 and immediately excelled as a professional recruiter. She was promoted to Operations Manager and given her own office to manage in just four short months. Julie managed several remarkably successful clerical offices focusing on professional placements with premium business clients in Mortgage, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Engineering and Information Technology to name a few. Her recruitment and networking strategies have proven highly successful with all our business partners. Due to this success, Julie was hand selected to start and direct CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division in 2006. This division has flourished under her direction and has grown to include some of the strongest recruiters the marketplace has to offer.
Assistant Vice President, Operations
D’Ann Anderson has been with CornerStone Staffing since March, 1998. D’Ann started as an Assistant Operations Manager with CornerStone then promoted in 3 months to an On-site Operations Manager for one of our larger on-site accounts in 1998. After several years, D’Ann moved into an office to learn the Operations Manager role within our organization. Due to her strong work ethic and “can do” attitude, D’Ann was soon promoted to a Sr. Operations Manager over the on-sites. She worked hand and hand with her team, lead by example and has since been moved into the Assistant Vice President of Operations. D’Ann continues to work with our on-sites and our offices to ensure that our clients are taken care of with the utmost professionalism and dedication. Prior to her career with CornerStone, D’Ann was in retail management.
Director, Technology & Social Media
Debra Hill began her career with CornerStone Staffing in 1997 as an Account Manager cultivating and sourcing new customers in Fort Worth. Within a few years she was promoted to Branch Manager and helped expand the customer base in the West Fort Worth, Arlington and Bedford offices. By 2004, Debra had moved from sales into operations with CornerStone Staffing and began working with the On-site Management team. In this new role, Debra found ways to implement technology to make internal processes more efficient. In 2007 Debra accepted the position of Senior Operations Manager and became responsible for the technology used in all 11 CornerStone Staffing offices. In 2012, Debra accepted the challenge to develop and expand CornerStone Staffing’s Social Media presence. Under her guidance and creative eye, social media has become an important part of CornerStone Staffing’s recruiting plan and brand advertising. In 2016 Debra was promoted to the Director of Technology and Social Media for CornerStone Staffing.
Operations Manager, East District
Loris Montenegro joined CornerStone Staffing in 2005 as an Assistant Operations Manager and then progressed to an Operations Manager with a busy light industrial office in 2006. In 2011, she joined our clerical operations team, as an Operations Manager and grew the North Fort Worth office to new heights! While in this office, Loris took on the challenge of training our new Operations team members while managing this very busy clerical office. Because of her professionalism, dedication, strong work ethic, focus on results, and mission to duplicate her driven mentality, she was promoted to District Operations Manager of our East District. Loris continues to develop and mentor her team while ensuring that our clients and candidates receive the highest level of customer service.
Operations Manager, West District
Tiffany Tucker has been with CornerStone Staffing since March, 1999. Tiffany started as an Assistant Operations Manager with CornerStone Staffing then promoted to an Operations Manager in the Bedford office in 2000. After 10 years of building relationships with large companies and the workforce in the HEB and Arlington area, she then took on the role of managing the largest clerical office in the company in Downtown Fort Worth. While continuing to manage the Fort Worth office, Tiffany was promoted to a Senior Operations Manager in 2015 and added to Hurst office to the locations that she was overseeing. After training new colleagues and growing the business in the Downtown Fort Worth office, she was then promoted to the Senior Operations Manager of the West District. She was in retail management with Foley’s prior to starting her career with CornerStone Staffing. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
