Shelby did an awesome job preparing me for an interview.
On my last job I interviewed for was over 24yrs ago. We were still interviewing in-person at that time, so selling myself on the new way of interviewing needed a lot of work. I retired from a company I was with for twenty-one years, and I decided retirement was not for me; So I went back into the job market. I received several interview requests with my years of experience and stability but I could never land an offer until I decided to go through CornerStone Staffing Agency and got Shelby. Shelby gave me all the instruments I needed to have a successful interview and advised to me the questions that will more or less be asked along with the STAR technique the interviewer will look for in my response. This prepared and gave me the confidence I needed to have a successful interview that landed me with a job offer I’m ecstatic about becoming a part of their team. Looking back on my year long interviews with no success I can see why I wasn’t given an offer. So Thank You so much Shelby for taking that extra step to get me prepared to sell myself again.
