Julie
Vice President of Professional Placement
Since 1999
Julie Box joined CornerStone Staffing as an Assistant Operations Manager in 1999 and immediately excelled as a professional recruiter. She was promoted to Operations Manager and given her own office to manage in just four short months. Julie managed several remarkably successful clerical offices focusing on professional placements with premium business clients in Mortgage, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Engineering and Information Technology to name a few. Her recruitment and networking strategies have proven highly successful with all our business partners. Due to this success, Julie was hand selected to start and direct CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division in 2006. This division has flourished under her direction and has grown to include some of the strongest recruiters the marketplace has to offer. Most recently, Julie is assisting with the development of CornerStone Medical and is excited about the challenges ahead.

Allison began her recruiting career with CornerStone in 1997 and progressed to the role of Operations Manager, where she managed several successful clerical staffing offices. She then advanced to her most current role as the Director of Professional Placement. Allison’s success can be attributed to her ability to understand the dynamics of each organization she services. She is a true partner! Her diverse recruiting and management background has given her the innate ability to source the ideal candidate for her clients. Allison is particularly successful with passive sourcing of Executive Level Talent. Some of Allison’s specialties include Accounting, Finance, Financial Services and Mortgage.

What's involved in the application process?
We’ve tried to make the application and registration process as simple as possible. We do not accept walk-in interviews. All interviews are conducted via phone and/or Zoom to ensure the highest level of safety for our colleagues and associates. The first step will be to complete and submit our online application by clicking on “I’m a Job Seeker” from our Home Page then selecting the ‘Apply Now’ button on the right side of the page. One of our tenured recruiters will review your application and qualifications and will contact you via email or phone within 2 business days to discuss your next step. After the application is complete, you will interview with a recruiter. Once the interview is scheduled, you will be assigned some skills assessments as well. Please complete these prior to your interview in order to help expedite the hiring process and set aside a block of 15 minutes, where you will be able to engage in a phone interview without outside interruption. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills and what you are looking for in your next position. CornerStone Staffing does complete reference checks with previous employers and other references provided as well as a criminal background check and drug screen. Once references are verified, your criminal background check and drug screen are complete, you will be offered positions based on all the factors of your interview process.

How are employees paid?
CornerStone Staffing pays its employees every Friday for the hours you worked the previous week. CornerStone Staffing offers 2 electronic pay methods. Direct Deposit: Your earnings will be deposited directly into the bank account you select. Payroll Card: If you do not have a bank account to deposit your earnings into, you will be issued a Payroll Card at no cost to you.
