One of our tenured recruiters will review your application and qualifications and will contact you via email or phone within 2 business days to discuss your next step.
When you come into our office, please allow approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours to complete the entire application and testing process. Please bring 2 original forms of Government issued identification (no copies please), your 2 most recent job reference phone numbers and an updated copy of your resume, if you have one. Additionally, please be prepared to complete a criminal background check and drug test upon request.
After the application is complete, you will interview with a recruiter. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills and what you are looking for in your next position.
CornerStone Staffing does reference checks with previous employers and other references provided. Once references are verified, you will be offered positions based on all the factors of your interview process.
CornerStone Staffing offers direct deposit to all employees. You must have a checking account in order to qualify. The activation for direct deposit takes approximately 1-2 weeks after the enrollment forms have been submitted.

Megan graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor in Marketing. Megan held several Leadership roles at Tarleton while working full-time in management level roles. Upon graduation she joined CornerStone and, due to her immediate success in staffing, she was identified as a candidate for the Professional Placement Division focusing on high-level and difficult-to-fill positions. Her upbeat personality, and networking partnerships, have made her an immediate success and valued asset to the CornerStone Professional Placement Team. In 2013 Megan earned the Certified Staffing Professional designation after completing a course of study and examination on Federal and Texas labor and employment law principles. In addition, Megan was the recipient of the 2012 Senator Robert Glasgow Community Award from Tarleton State University in appreciation for dedicating time and resources to promote student success after graduation from TSU. Erica came to CornerStone Staffing to join the Professional Placement Division as an Assistant Recruiting Manager in March of 2015. She has hit the ground running and has already proven to be highly skilled at networking and is a natural born Recruiter. Erica comes to Dallas/Fort Worth from Tyler, TX where she was employed by the University of Texas at Tyler for the past four years. In 2014 Erica was in University Advancement serving as the Athletics Development Officer responsible for major gifts fundraising for the Athletics Department. Prior to becoming a Development Officer, Erica was the Assistant Soccer Coach and a Personal and Group Fitness Trainer also at UT Tyler. She has her Bachelor's Degree with a major in Sports Management and a Business minor from the University of Texas at Austin. While earning her degree at UT, Erica was a member of the NCAA Soccer Team and served as Team Captain her junior and senior seasons. Community service has been a large part of Erica's college, professional, and personal life and she is excited to engage in events throughout the DFW area and with CornerStone Staffing.
Amanda came to CornerStone Staffing to join the Professional Placement Division as an Assistant Technical Recruiting Manager in March of 2015. Amanda has 4-years of high-level technical recruiting experience. Amanda is a networker and hunter! She knows how to attract top talent and quickly develop deep networks. Since joining CornerStone Amanda has successfully expanded her recruiting experience to include professionals from Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management, Administration, and more. Prior to being apart of the IT Recruiting Industry, Amanda was employed by Kaplan College to coach and teach professional development to students and graduates looking to advance themselves within their careers, as well as, cultivate employer relationships throughout the community to create Kaplan College graduate awareness for future placement post graduation. Currently, Amanda is looking forward to creating effective recruiting strategies and excelling when meeting client needs through positive placement on behalf of CornerStone Staffing.
Regina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and has led a team of customer service supervisors before pursuing a career in recruiting in 2010. Her recruiting focus has mostly been on recruiting for IT talents, from entry-level Help Desk Specialists to CCIE Professionals and every job title in between; she truly speaks IT! Beyond technical recruiting realm, Regina has also gained valuable recruiting experience in accounting, mortgage, financial, engineering, and other professional level positions. However, nothing excites her more than hunting for the best and the brightest IT professionals in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex! Her burning desire to join CornerStone’s elite Professional Placement team came to fruition this year when she moved to DFW from Oklahoma City and she is looking forward to what is in store for her as a CornerStone colleague!
